Aegean has completed the transfer of its entire stake in the Romanian airline Anima wings. The transfer was made to the other shareholder and main commercial partner of Anima wings, Memento Group, which now becomes the sole shareholder of Anima wings with a 100% stake.
As stated in a relevant announcement, one of the two aircraft leased to Animawings has already returned to Aegean’s fleet, while the second one will return in a few months to further support Aegean’s increased operational needs due to its expanded network.
“Aegean wishes every success to its 3-year partner and long-term customer, Memento Group, in the further development of Anima wings,” concludes the announcement.
