The co-founder and CEO of Airbnb, Brian Chesky, the 190th richest person in the world per Forbes, was spotted enjoying a night out in Mykonos.

The 44-year-old billionaire was filmed over the weekend by Mykonoslive.tv at the famous bar-restaurant “Lio Mykonos” with a large group of friends and associates enjoying the show.

The news outlet reports that security personnel “combed” the area around the bar long before he arrived.

Chesky has a net worth of $9.6 billion, mostly due to his ownership of 67 million shares of Airbnb.

Brian Chesky was born on August 29, 1981,in Niskayuna, New York, the son of Deborah and Robert H. Chesky; His father is of Polish and his mother of Italian origin.

In October 2007, he moved to San Francisco to live with his classmate Joe Gebbia. Chesky did not have enough money to pay his rent and decided with Gebbia to open their house to short-term renters.

His move to San Francisco coincided with the Industrial Designers Society of America conference, which ran out of hotel rooms.

The pair decided to open the house they were renting as a bed and breakfast, providing air mattresses for guests to sleep on and Pop-Tarts for breakfast. The business became Airbnb.

In December 2020, Airbnb became a public company via an initial public offering. Chesky has used Twitter to personally solicit suggestions for improvements to Airbnb, doing so in 2016 and 2023.He is an active Airbnb host and listed his home in San Francisco on the platform in 2022.

He spent six months that year staying in Airbnbs, which led to the development of 50 changes to the platform and additional service offerings.

Damon has visited Mykonos several times before. In 2001, the actor and screenwriter visited the Greek island for the first time during the filming of the Jason Bourne film series. Filming took place in various spots on the island.

American comedian and actor Kevin Hart celebrated his birthday at an upscale Mykonos beach bar, spending 170,000 euros ($180,000) to entertain his guests while he left a hefty tip of 37,000 euros ($40,000) for bartenders and other staff.

American actor and singer Billy Porter was spotted on Mykonos with a TV crew and is believed to be shooting a documentary on the cosmopolitan Greek island.
