Mykonos witnessed a spectacle as the yacht “This Is It” glided in, leaving onlookers unsure if it was a colossal floating palace or a vessel straight out of science fiction.
At 144 feet long and 48 feet wide, the “This Is It” wasn’t your average yacht. It completely transformed yachting with its cutting-edge design, hence the name.
The extensive use of glass creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, while its luxurious accommodations can host 12 guests in 6 cabins and a crew of 13.

Built with an aluminum hull and aluminum superstructure, she offers greater onboard space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 17 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The futuristic yacht, worth 490,000,000 euros, was designed by the TISG team (The Italian Sea Group) and was built in 2024.
It has, among other things, a swimming pool, a spa room with a jacuzzi, luxurious lounges that spread out over four decks, a cinema, an open kitchen, designed for events and cooking demonstrations, a 15m accompanying tender, two jet skis and different kinds of water toys.
The owner of the amazing yacht which is available for rent is the Cypriot businessman Tassos Papanastasiou, who over the years managed to build the Cypriot giant company “XM” which is now one of the largest financial forex platforms in the world with clients in more than 190 Countries.
