Pawn Stars Death: Pawn Star’s Rick Harrison is mourning the sudden death of his son, Adam Harrison. The 39-year-old, who is the second child of the pawn shop owner with ex-wife Kim Harrison and did not appear on the history reality show, was found dead on January 19th. A family representative told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he suffered an overdose.
The family released a statement through the representative that reads, ‘Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.
‘ Rick shares a tribute to his late son on Instagram, writing alongside a picture of the two of them, ‘You will always be in my heart. I love you, Adam.’ No more details are public, and the official cause of Adam’s death has not been released.
Adam is the second eldest of Rick’s three sons; his eldest is 40-year-old Corey Bigos Harrison, and the youngest is his teenage son, Jake Harrison. Corey also shares a tribute to his brother following the news of his death, writing, ‘I will always love you, Bubba
Pawn Stars debuted in 2009 and focuses on Rick’s Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, which he initially co-owned with his father, Richard Harrison, who died at the age of 77 in 2018, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Adam reportedly worked at the business for a time but had not been recently employed there.
Pawn Stars, which airs on TLC, released its 21st season in August 2022 and recently aired a spin-off, ‘Pawn Stars Do America,’ where they cast towards America’s most exciting places in search of collectible objects.
