A message from god might cause Joe Biden to drop out of the race
Eighty-one-year-old President Biden has explained that a message from God might cause him to drop out of the race.
Following his first major fitness test, the President said to ABC that he was the only one capable of defeating Trump.
President Biden was clear and defiant in his statement. Biden stated he is convinced of two things. “I’m the most qualified person to beat him (Trump) and I know how to get things done,” he said.
He was then asked what would happen if he was convinced he couldn’t defeat Trump. To this, the President replied, “It depends. I mean, if the Lord Almighty comes out and tells me that, I might do that.”
Data could sway away Joe Biden
At the closing of a NATO summit in Washington, Joe Biden was asked whether he would drop from the race if data proved he couldn’t win.
He was asked this in reference to Kamala Harris being a stronger candidate to face Donald Trump in the November election.
Biden quickly responded no. However, he did then explain that he would not withdraw from the race “unless they came back and said, ‘there’s no way you can win.’” He also said that this has not happened, and “there is no poll saying I can’t win.”
This is true. Recent polls have shown that despite Trump gaining momentum, the race seems to be open. They do suggest that Trump has a small advantage over Biden.
An accident or a medical diagnosis could cause Joe Biden to step down
President Biden stated that we would 1,000 percent see him on the ballot in November unless he got hit by a train. However, the most serious reason as to why the President would drop out of the race would be a medical condition.
President Joe Biden told journalist Ed Gordon that he would exit the race “if doctors [went] to [him] and said, you got this problem, that problem.’”
His health has continuously been criticized during his administration. However, his poor performance at the Presidential debate was the most worrying sign of cognitive decline.
The President has since credited his poor performance to fatigue, as he has had a very busy schedule. It is also worth mentioning that Joe Biden is the oldest President in US history.
Biden’s doctor, Kevin O’Connor, has stated that Biden “remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency.” His recent neurological exam was also successful and did not show a risk of other diseases.
